Ken's Layout

My husband is building a model HO train layout (HO is the size of the trains)
in part of the basement.
This is one part that he has finished modeling.
It is fascinating to look at all the details he puts in it.
It is really a work of art.
Here's a picture of the layout.
He has started in the left hand corner and will work his way around.
The building above is a closeup of the building on the left in the picture below.
You can see he has many, many hours of fun (work) ahead of him. : )
I'll be posting more pictures from time to time.
Hope your day is a happy one.

  1. WOW! Yes,hours and hours of work.We were told that a model railroad is a work in progress and is never done.My husband had a large N scale layout. Unfrotunately I had to sell it after he passed away.It brought tears to see it go,so many hours had gone into it,but I knew I could not continue with it.

  3. I love this. Train layouts are so cool! Wish I could see it in person. We would take our kids to see cool train layouts like this when they were little. My husband was just getting into trains and we moved and he got rid of the trains. This is a really neat hobby! Thanks for sharing the pictures.
